Supported Employment
Supported employment services allows individuals supported through the DD waiver to source and hold a job. Endeavor offers on-site job coaching, skill building, and employment mentorship to help you reach your full potential at work.
Prevocational
Prevocational services offer individuals the ability to learn valuable skills like resume writing, advocation in their workspaces and other essential workplace skills. Prevocational services teach individuals how to make work a lasting and positive part of their life.
Supported Community Connections
Supported community connections allows individuals to experience their community in a meaningful way. These events allows interaction with community members and focus on building relationship skills and creating connections.
Transportation
Endeavor exists to support all areas of an individual’s journey to work. Transportation to and from work and community events allows individuals to focus on themselves and their goals rather than worry about how to get there. Endeavor is a TransDeaf certified provider.
